In mental health services, the platform experience is inseparable from the clinical offer: clunky booking or unclear pathways undermine trust before a session even begins.

The brief.
Online therapy platforms have to walk a fine line: clinical enough to be taken seriously by people in genuine distress, accessible enough not to add another barrier when someone finally decides to seek help. Getting the UX and the copy register exactly right was central to this build.
