Imi Bay is a surf house and hotel in Imsouane, Morocco - combining accommodation with surf lessons, longboard workshops, yoga classes and an on-site restaurant. For a hospitality business in a competitive travel market, the website’s job is to sell an experience before the guest even arrives.
EG designed and built a WordPress site for Imi Bay complete with an integrated booking system, online restaurant experience, and dedicated pages for each of their offerings - a digital presence as welcoming as the property itself.
The brief.
Hospitality businesses in emerging surf destinations face a trust gap: potential guests may have never heard of Imsouane, and they're being asked to book a flight to Morocco. Every element of the website - imagery, copy, structure - had to do the work of building that confidence and converting interest into a confirmed reservation.
