Yoga With Joli
WordPress website for a yoga teacher and massage therapist in Imsouane, Morocco, with a class schedule she updates herself.
A calm site for yoga, massage and retreats in Imsouane
Joli teaches yoga and offers massage in Imsouane, a surf and yoga village on Morocco’s Atlantic coast, and runs retreats there. Her classes move with the seasons, the swell and the retreat calendar.
EG designed and built the WordPress website: pages for yoga, retreats, about and a blog, reviews from guests, and a class schedule Joli can change in under a minute. Bookings go through Fresha, which she already used. We host the site too.
The brief.
Joli needed one place to send people: what she teaches, where and when, what guests say, and how to book. The timetable changes often, so it had to be something she could edit herself without touching a page layout. She already took bookings through Fresha, so the site needed to link to it, not replace it.

How we approached it.
-
A class schedule Joli edits herself
The class schedule is a simple table in the WordPress dashboard: location, date and time, type of yoga and an optional booking link. A row with no date becomes a note, for messages like no classes in July and August.
-
Booking through Fresha
Each class links to Joli's Fresha page. No second booking system and no extra subscription.
-
Guest reviews in their own words
Reviews from guests in Imsouane sit on the page in their own words, in English and French.
-
Off-white, one serif, one accent colour
Warm off-white, a serif for headings, one teal accent and large photographs. Nothing on the page competes with the place.
